Mortality coverage is the foundation. The policy can be extended to include any of the following options. Most of our accredited agents combine two or three to build the protection their clients actually need.

On value
What the horse is insured for, and what it is worth.
Where the insured value equals the policy limit, the agreed value endorsement pays the full limit of liability. Without it, the settlement figure is open to the valuation question that follows a great many mortality claims.
It is the option most worth discussing with a client before a loss rather than after one.
