Acies Agricultural Risks, a division of Acies USA, Inc., is a managing general agency licensed and authorized in all fifty US states. From our Dallas office we work with an extensive network of retail agents, placing business across admitted and surplus lines markets.
The short version
We are a licensed managing general agency with direct access to Lloyd’s of London. We specialize in the niches where that combination gives us a real advantage: equine mortality insurance, livestock mortality insurance, exotic animal mortality insurance, specialized farm property risks, and other agricultural related insurance products.
What we do
Four things, done properly.

Write and administer agricultural insurance programs
Program design, underwriting, policy issue, and ongoing
administration, all handled from the Dallas office.

Provide binding authority across admitted and surplus lines
We can bind coverage and issue policies on the carrier’s behalf,
including at Lloyd’s, where we are an Authorized Coverholder.

Place international and unusual risks across specialist markets
Where the domestic market will not look at a risk, we take it to
the specialist markets that will.
04
Support our agents from first submission to claims resolution
One point of contact through the whole life of the file, including
when a loss comes in.
